About Berg en Meer
In 2003, Willemijn Berg and Monique van der Meer joined forces under the name Berg & Van der Meer. They design and implement learning environments, usually referred to as Corporate Academies. Drawing on their background in educational technology and social sciences, as well as their many years of experience in the corporate world, they created a unique approach for restructuring training programs and entire academies from the ground up. Clients so far include KPN, DSM, Air France/KLM, DSM, Celtel, Wehkamp and Agens.

Berg en Meer make complex change processes clear, specific and achievable. In the design of our Academies we work with an extensive network of professionals and with national and international business schools such as Nyenrode Business University, London Business School, IMD, Wits Business School, HEC, Cranfield and many other players in the education market.
